These Terms of Service govern your use of the BlastTimingSim application for blast timing planning and simulation. By using this application, you agree to these terms.

2. Application Use

The application is intended exclusively for professional use in blasting operations. Users are fully responsible for input data accuracy and result interpretation. Simulation results serve only as planning aids and do not replace expert assessment by qualified personnel.

3. Trial Version

The application is currently available as a trial version without registration or payment. The trial version may contain feature or capacity limitations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial version at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We assume no liability for damages resulting from use or inability to use the application. Simulation results are indicative only and cannot serve as the sole basis for blast execution.

5. Data Protection

In the course of operating the application, we store user account and usage data in a database (e.g. email, name, company, country, trial information, timestamps of first and last simulator access, any assigned licence/plan). This data is used to provide login functionality, manage trial periods and licences, and for basic operational statistics. 6. Terms Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will inform users of significant changes through the application. Continued use of the application after term changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

7. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. In case of dispute, Czech courts have jurisdiction.
